Scott Blanchard

Scott Blanchard is an accomplished speaker, trainer and organizational consultant, well versed in leadership, teamwork, coaching, customer service and organizational strategy.

In 1999, Scott founded Coaching.com, a business dedicated to the democratization of coaching in organizations. Coaching.com has coached over 3000 clients. In 2002, Coaching.com was acquired by the Ken Blanchard Companies.

Scott is currently, the executive director of Service Delivery for The Ken Blanchard Companies, an internationally recognized management and leadership training and consulting firm based in San Diego, California. As a family member and part owner of the Ken Blanchard Companies, Scott represents the “next generation” charged with leading the business into the future.

Scott lives on top of Bernardo Mountain in beautiful Escondido, Ca.

Madeleine Homan MCC

Ms. Homan is the vice president of Blended Solutions at The Ken Blanchard Companies’. She is a founder of Coaching.com and an author of the Internet platform used to support large coaching initiatives. With more than 14 years of experience as a master certified coach (MCC), Madeleine was instrumental in developing the core curriculum for Coach University where she was a Sr. Trainer and is the designer and facilitator of The Manager as Coach, which is the core-coaching curriculum for several companies worldwide. She is also an author of The Ken Blanchard Companies coaching skills course: Coaching Essentials for Leaders. Madeleine has been a pioneer in the coaching profession and has served as the president of Straightline coaching, founding advisory board member and senior trainer for Coach University, and as a founding board member for the International Coach Federation on whose board she served for six years. Ms. Homan’s expertise in business coaching has been highlighted on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox News Channel. Her presence in the marketplace extends into press articles in The New York Times, London Times, Training & Development Magazine, ASTD Publications and Women’s Media. She splits her time between Dobbs Ferry, NY and Escondido, CA.
